    A great family restaurant!!  Hot sandwiches and full dinners are great values!   Best traditional breakfast in town!  Real home fries!!! (Ask for them loaded - slices of bacon, onions and peppers).  
    Very busy with the breakfast &lunch crowd on the weekends!

    Update - February 2016 - last year HomeStyle was closed due to a fire - their reopening was eagerly awaited.  Is it just me or have the plates gotten smaller?  Also, the home fries aren't nearly what they used to be.  They're pretty plain (that's kinda huge for me for breakfast).

    So, they've lost the crown for best local breakfast - in my opinion, it's now Checkerboard over on Belmont (old Westmount area).

    Dropping them down to 3/5 stars :(

    Visited Aug, 16/15 with 3 companions and  had the Rib Dinner.  Well cooked nice enough but bland.  Portion size not impressive.
    When asked by reception at pay counter "How was everything?" I mentioned that some spices would have helped he turned away from me and refused to respond. If not willing to hear the answer, why ask the question?
    I suspect they cater to an elderly clientele.
